Purpose
Have I Been Pwned reports whether an email address appears in known breach datasets included in its service.

Steps
1. Open https://haveibeenpwned.com/
2. Enter an email address you own.
3. Select the search button.
4. Read the result carefully.
5. If breaches are listed, note the organization, breach date, and exposed data categories.
6. Change reused passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.

Important
No result does not prove the address was never exposed. It means the address was not found in the datasets currently reported by that service.
