2. Expand the Email Address category.
3. Choose a relevant resource such as breach checking or email search.
4. Enter only an email address you own.
5. Record the source, date, and exact result.
6. Confirm important findings with a second independent source.

Important
A search result is a lead, not proof. Similar names, old records, and incomplete datasets can produce misleading results.
